HAIR UPDATE
We have made some changes in the salon, and as of June 2025, our hair department is a separate entity, and although they are housed within Gems Beauty Studio, they are separate businesses consisting of 2 self-employed stylists.
Gift vouchers purchased as of 01/06/2025 from Gems are for all beauty services & cannot be redeemed for hair services.

All gift vouchers are valid for 6months from the date of purchase.
If you would like a hard copy of your voucher posting, please contact us at gemsbeautystudios@hotmail.com with your voucher reference number.
Please note that some treatments will require patch tests and consultation prior.
Treatments must be booked in good time so the voucher doesn’t reach the expiration date, as extensions cannot be made unless authorised by the management prior.
When booking, please inform us that you have a voucher - some of our team are self-employed and are unable to accept Gems vouchers.
Vouchers are non-refundable.
