From 01/01/2025 all bookings will be charged a booking fee of £10.
Here is how it works:
£10 when you book an appointment (to a treatment value over £10)
This fee secures your appointment
On the day you still pay in full (unless you aren’t rebooking at that time – in this instance, you get the £10 taken off the bill)
If you rebook the £10 is moved / rolled over to the next appointment. This occurs for as long as you want
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your booking the £10 is classed as spent. The next booking you will have to pay £10 booking fee again
