PATCH TESTING is essential – you will not be able to have any hair colour, tinting or lash services without one!!!!
so please arrange this for a minimum of 24/48h before your booking.
Any Vouchers still in date on January 6th 2021 have been extended by the lockdown duration so you have ample time to use them.
Any vouchers with dates that expired prior to January 6th 2021 have now lapsed, these were extended for the previous lockdown duration giving you the full duration of time to use them.
Please only bring in essential items where possible, no large coats or bags.
Use the 1 way system and sanitising stations
Please arrive on time to your appointment, after 10 minutes of lateness we will struggle to accommodate you and may have to reschedule and a charge will be payable for the missed appointment.
Please don’t arrive more than 5minutes before your appointment time
If we run late we will still ensure you get our full commitment time and service.
Deposits are required on bookings of 1hour or longer
